Tri-State Crusaders was led to victory by Kylen Zimmerman and Ike Steffen. Zimmerman rushed for 134 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, while Steffen threw for 206 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Elias Kroeker, who rushed for 47 yards and two touchdowns.
Tri-State Crusaders wouldn't let Traders Point Christian keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force six fumbles. Riley Sproul led the group effort, picking up two of those forced fumbles all by himself. Dj Graber was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield for a catch that went for 54 yards.
Tri-State Crusaders will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Martin at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Traders Point Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Dugger Union at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
