Cedar Key entered their tilt with Hope Christian Academy on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Lions.

Cedar Key now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Hope Christian Academy, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 13-1.

Hope Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Crossroads Christian Academy on the 4th. Hopefully Cedar Key paid attention to the Lions' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
