If Kimberly wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Burley, they should've done a better job of containing Jocelyn Lloyd. The Bobcats strolled past the Bulldogs with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 69-50 for which the team can thank Lloyd, who went 7-for-17 to rack up 24 points and eight rebounds. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.8 points per game.

Despite the loss, Kimberly still got an impressive performance from Adyson Osborne, who shot 58% from the field en route to 18 points and six boards. Brooklyn VerWey was another key player, putting up seven points and eight rebounds.

Burley's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Kimberly, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Burley has already played their next matchup, a 44-35 defeat against Jerome on the 16th. As for Kimberly, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-44 loss against Mountain Home on the 17th.
