Spaulding had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. On Friday they take on Exeter at 7:00 PM. Spaulding will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each match than the last.
Spaulding found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 14-38 punch to the gut against Dover.
Meanwhile, Exeter faced Winnacunnet in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Exeter took a 7-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Winnacunnet.
Spaulding took a serious blow against Exeter the last time the two teams met, falling 0-42. Can Spaulding avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
