Sebring had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They had just enough and edged out the Martin County Tigers 13-10. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blue Streaks also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Manny Louis and Antonio Escamilla certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Louis threw for 202 yards and one touchdown, while Escamilla picked up 137 receiving yards.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sebring will take on Clearwater Central Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Martin County, they will challenge Boynton Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
