Basketball Recap: Daniel Oats Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Delano + How To Watch

Del Oro won the last time they faced Delano and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Suns blew past the Tigers 69-48.

Del Oro got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Daniel Oats out in front who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Terrell Williams, who earned eight points along with eight rebounds and five assists.

Del Oro was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January.

Delano lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Liam Amodo, who put up 17 points. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game. Jotham Amodo was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Del Oro has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.5 points over those games. As for Delano, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Looking ahead, Del Oro won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Sanger at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Delano will take on Rosamond in a holiday battle at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
