Benedictine's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Caleb Jones led the charge by scoring 15 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which Jones has scored at least 25% of Benedictine's points. Ejay Washington was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five rebounds.
The victory got Benedictine back to even at 3-3. As for Hilton Head Island, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
