The Clarksville Academy Cougars were the 43-38 winner over the Donelson Christian Academy Wildcats when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Clarksville Academy received a tough blow on Tuesday as they fell 46-31 to Donelson Christian Academy.
Despite the loss, Clarksville Academy still got an impressive performance from Malaya Woullard, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Woullard has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sicily Robinson, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Clarksville Academy now has a losing record at 12-13. As for Donelson Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.
Clarksville Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Donelson Christian Academy, they will square off against Goodpasture Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
