Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask River View). They walked away with a 38-25 victory over the Granger Spartans on Saturday. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 64-24 win the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2021.

River View's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Granger, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

River View and Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna will round out the year against one another at at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Granger, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Riverside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
