Volleyball Recap: Prospect's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

Prospect lost against Carmel back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Corsairs. The Knights' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Prospect was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 32-30, 25-22.

Prospect's loss dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Carmel, they have been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season.

Prospect will welcome Wheeling at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carmel, they will head out to challenge Libertyville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
