The Fort Frye Cadets will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against the Warren Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on January 13th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Ohio (Fort Frye is ranked 71st, while Warren is ranked 52nd).
Fort Frye put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They blew past Point Pleasant 42-18. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Fort Frye has posted since December 7, 2023.
Meanwhile, Warren entered their tilt with Marietta with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Warren came out on top against Marietta by a score of 57-46 on Thursday.
Fort Frye has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Warren, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.
Fort Frye ended up a good deal behind Warren in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, losing 45-26.
