Make it six blowout wins for the Omaha Nation Chiefs this season. They breezed by Omaha Christian Academy at home to the tune of 72-17 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for Omaha Nation as they're now sitting on four straight.
Omaha Nation got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Desma Walker out in front who scored 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Walker has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Mikkel Parker, who scored 14 points.
Omaha Nation now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Omaha Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 3-8 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Whiting the next time they take the court. Omaha Christian Academy will host Whiting on Thursday, while Omaha Nation will host them on Monday.
