Brooke Gomez was on fire: she scored 28 points along with 8 rebounds and 8 steals. Another player making a difference was Mia Sanchez, who scored 9 points along with 5 rebounds.
Rampart can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 48-32 win over Palmer Ridge. The victory was just what Rampart needed coming off of a 57-35 defeat in their prior game.
Rampart's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Avery Pe?a, who scored 17 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. Emily Huxtable was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 blocks.
Pueblo West's win bumped their season record to 0-0 while Westminster's defeat dropped theirs to 1-3.
