They breezed by Psalms Christian Academy at home to the tune of 48-19. John Paul the Great Academy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
John Paul the Great Academy found their leader in underclassman Mia Fuselier, who scored 21 points along with five steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Fuselier has scored at least 25% of John Paul the Great Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Colleen Fontenot, who scored 13 points.
John Paul the Great Academy's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for Psalms Christian Academy, they bumped their record down to 0-7 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
