The Armwood Hawks were the 73-71 winner over the Bloomingdale Bulls when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Armwood took a hard 62-43 fall against Bloomingdale on Wednesday.
Several Hawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Henry Morgan, who scored 10 points. Another player making a difference was Tiicon Walker, who scored 11 points.
Armwood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Bloomingdale, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
Armwood will be playing at home against Wharton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Wharton is ranked 445th, while Armwood is ranked 469th). Bloomingdale and Riverview will face off at 6:30 p.m. on December 8th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Riverview is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
