The Kopperl Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Oakwood Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
After a string of four wins, Kopperl's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were beaten by Bynum 62-14. Kopperl has not had much luck with Bynum recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Although Kopperl took the loss, they still got scores from Christian Falk and Jairo Vega.
Meanwhile, Oakwood can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent contest on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Fannindel 63-31 on the road. That's two games straight that Oakwood has won by exactly 32 points.
With Kopperl's loss and Bynum's win, both teams now sport identical 7-3 records.
