Volleyball Recap: Beloit Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Beloit extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Lundyn Knight. The Trojans came out on top against the Sacred Heart Knights by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Knight, who had ten digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Beloit easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16.

Beloit's win bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Sacred Heart, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Beloit will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Clay Center at 5:00 p.m. As for Sacred Heart, they will head out on the road to square off against Lyons at 5:00 p.m. on October 2.
