Softball Recap: Lowell Wins Going Away Against Galileo

While Lowell put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Galileo. Lowell blew past Galileo 15-0. That looming 15-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Cardinals yet this season.

Lowell got a massive performance out of Aja Saraf, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three doubles, and three RBI. Sarah Ng was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing six bases while going 1-for-3.

Lowell always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .607. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The win made it two in a row for Lowell and bumps their season record up to 3-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Galileo, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
