Veritas Christian Academy was led to victory by Caitlin O'Malley and Amya Cuddon. O'Malley scored ten points along with five rebounds and five steals, while Cuddon scored 12 points along with five rebounds and three steals. O'Malley has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last five times she's played. Zoey Torppey was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Veritas Christian Academy pushed their record up to 17-2 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for American Christian School, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
Veritas Christian Academy will head out on the road to square off against North Warren Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Veritas Christian Academy's defense has only allowed 26.4 points per game this season, so North Warren Regional's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for American Christian School, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Sussex County Tech at 4:00 p.m.
