The Anderson Prep Academy Jets scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Indiana Math & Science Academy North 61-12 on the road. That 61-12 margin sets a new team best for Anderson Prep Academy this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Anderson Prep Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Julia Smith, who scored 14 points along with four steals. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Arianna Flowers, who scored 13 points along with five assists.
Anderson Prep Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Indiana Math & Science Academy North, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Anderson Prep Academy will finish 2023 at home by hosting Centerville at 6:00 p.m. on December 28th. Indiana Math & Science Academy North will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Purdue Polytechnic at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2024.
