The Rockwell Christian School Chargers were the 35-32 winner over the Southview Christian Conquerors when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. Rockwell Christian School took a 43-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of Southview Christian. That's two games in a row now that Rockwell Christian School has lost by exactly six points.
Rockwell Christian School's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kylie Smith, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alayna Isbanioly, who scored ten points.
This is the second loss in a row for Rockwell Christian School and nudges their season record down to 10-10. As for Southview Christian, they pushed their record up to 16-6 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home.
Rockwell Christian School will head out on the road to face off against Union Grove Christian at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Southview Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
