There's no place like home for Salpointe Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Mica Mountain Thunderbolts 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Lancers: when they faced off against the Thunderbolts on Tuesday, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

Salpointe Catholic got a great performance from Audri Elias as she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Elias has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Leylani Cuesta, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI.
