Drew has struggled against San Francisco Waldorf recently, as their contest on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
When it comes to explaining why Drew lost, one person who can't be blamed is Teo Kimball-Directo. Despite the final result, he scored 19 points along with five rebounds and two steals. That was a full 43.2% of Drew's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
It was another big night for Miles MacDonald, who scored 25 points for San Francisco Waldorf. That makes it nine consecutive games in which MacDonald has scored at least a third of San Francisco Waldorf's points. Jasper Burgard was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Drew's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-8. As for San Francisco Waldorf, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-7.
Drew will head out on the road to take on International at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. International knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past four games -- so hopefully Drew likes a good challenge. As for San Francisco Waldorf, they will be playing in front of their home fans against The Bay School at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
