Taelar Felton continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with 7 steals and 6 assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Clinton's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eyana Mckinley, who scored 12 points.
Clinton's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Pass Christian, they bumped their record down to 1-7 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Clinton will be playing in front of their home fans against Brandon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brandon and Clinton are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Pass Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Petal at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Petal has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
