Verrado put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Dysart Demons by a score of 71-62. This was payback for the Vipers, who suffered a 59-58 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Santiago Leyva and Dj Tillman certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Leyva dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds, while Tillman posted 16 points and three steals. The contest was Tillman's third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Malik Ayers, who scored nine points and six boards.

Verrado's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Dysart, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Verrado will host Chandler at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Vipers will need to watch out since the Wolves have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Dysart, they will be playing at home against Deer Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
