For Telstar's part, Bryson Walker made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Walker has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two stolen bases, and two runs. Telstar is undefeated when Walker posts two or more runs, but 1-4 otherwise.
In other batting news, Brody Walker was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Deprey, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
