After a disappointing zero points in their last matchup, Life Christian Academy made sure to put some points up on the board against The King's Academy three weeks ago. Life Christian Academy took the contest and then some with a 38-0 win over The King's Academy. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Life Christian Academy had established a 24-0 advantage.
Meanwhile, after flying high against Lafayette Christian two weeks ago, Calvary Christian came back down to earth. Calvary Christian were completely outmatched, falling 6-48 to Community Christian. Calvary Christian's low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the match before.
Life Christian Academy's victory lifted them to 1-2 while Calvary Christian's loss dropped them down to 5-4. We'll see if Life Christian Academy can repeat their recent success or if Calvary Christian bounce back and reverse their fortune.
