Abington Heights had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They blew past the Mountain View Eagles 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Comets also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-10.
Shane Brower paced Abington Heights' offense, picking up nine kills. Brower got some help from Ryan Horutz and his 27 assists. Horutz was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.
