Kennedy waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Little Village Phoenix. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Crusaders have posted since April 7th.

Kennedy's record now sits at 15-17. As for Little Village, they dropped their record down to 6-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Agricultural Science at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Little Village, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Thornridge at 5:00 p.m. The Phoenix are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
