Port Neches-Groves had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Splendora Wildcats 3-0. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Indians this season.

Port Neches-Groves walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-21.

The win got Port Neches-Groves back to even at 9-9. As for Splendora, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Port Neches-Groves will welcome Kelly Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Splendora, they will host College Station at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
