The biggest upset of the week belonged to Shelby, who took down 119th ranked Shelby, 22-15. Brandon Moore threw for 62 yards and one touchdown and ran for 49 yards in the win.
Oakridge extended the longest winning streak in West Michigan this week by beating North Muskegon, 27-6. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
Montague's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Brandon Stine chipped in 118 yards. Tim Blackmer helped Montague's passing attack out by catching two balls for 15 yards.
Wyatt Ford was the best wideout in the league this week as the Wildcats bested the Tigers. Ford racked up two receptions for 20 yards.
Tristen Shultz made the biggest impact on defense this week as Montague defeated Shelby. The senior recorded one fumble and grabbed one sack.
The Norsemen's Adrian Anderson and Sam Powell have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Anderson has thrown for 454 yards this season, while Powell, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has 14 catches for 304 yards. Randy Facundo from Hart leads the league in rushing with 429 yards.
Oakridge took down North Muskegon 27-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
