Andrean's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 56-49 victory over the Lowell Red Devils. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Fighting 59ers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2025.

Lowell's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ezra Rumisek, who went 5-for-8 en route to 12 points and eight rebounds. Rumisek is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 57% in the last three games he's played. Roan Vasko was another key player, shooting 50% from the field to rack up 12 points.

Andrean's record now sits at 8-10. As for Lowell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Andrean will face off against Crown Point at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Fighting 59ers will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.94 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Lowell, they will take on Whiting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
