Central Georgia Arts had to suffer through a rough 61-27 loss at the hands of Sherwood Christian Academy. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Central Georgia Arts has suffered since November 3, 2023.
Despite the loss, Central Georgia Arts still got an impressive performance from Moriah Hartman, who scored 12 points along with nine steals and five rebounds. Hartman is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
Central Georgia Arts has been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Sherwood Christian Academy, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Skipstone Academy the next time they take the court. Sherwood Christian Academy will head out to face Skipstone Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Central Georgia Arts will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
