University Prep won the last time they faced Anderson and Talis Payne did his part to make sure it happened again. The Panthers blew past the Cubs 32-6 on Friday for which the team can thank Payne, who rushed for 210 yards and one touchdown on only 12 carries, and also threw for 140 yards and one TD. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 92-yard run.

Another player making a difference was Braeden Ballensky, who rushed for 84 yards and a pair of scores. He didn't just play on offense: he also made four total tackles and defended one pass.

University Prep didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kaden Hoyer and Isaiah Dewitt. University Prep got some further help from Jordan Graves: he made ten total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended one pass.

University Prep's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Anderson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.
