Moore waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Union Redhawks. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 5-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Moore pushed their record up to 5-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games.
