Foothill made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Spring Valley, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Foothill blew past Spring Valley 14-2 on Tuesday. The Falcons' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Leah Henderson made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple.
