The Morris Eagles waltzed into Friday's matchup with two straight wins but they left with three. They slipped by Okmulgee 20-19. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Morris also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
Trey Daniels was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns. Jaylen Zackery made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Morris' victory bumped their record up to 5-5. As for Okmulgee, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Morris does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Okmulgee also has no future games currently scheduled.
