The Miami Country Day Spartans won the last time they faced the Gulliver Prep Raiders, and things went their way on Saturday too. Miami Country Day claimed a resounding 66-18 win over Gulliver Prep at home. With Miami Country Day ahead 44-5 at the half, the match was all but over already.
The win makes it two in a row for Miami Country Day and bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for Gulliver Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Miami Country Day will take on Somerset Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Somerset Prep is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. As for Gulliver Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against LaSalle at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
