Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Farmingdale Dalers, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell just short of Syosset by a score of 30-27. Farmingdale was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Syosset apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September.
Farmingdale's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Syosset, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.
Farmingdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Syosset will be staying on the road on November 17th to face off against Massapequa at 4:00 p.m. on November 17th. Massapequa is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
