 Roosevelt was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .810. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .316 or higher in three consecutive  games.
 Roosevelt pushed their record up to 8-2 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for Edsel Ford, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
