Osceola's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Sam Jones, who gained 86 total yards and a touchdown.
Archie's win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Osceola, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
Archie will look to defend their home field on Friday against Drexel/Miami at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Drexel/Miami's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last four contests. Osceola does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
