Hanka Benally was another key player, putting up six points in addition to six assists and five boards.

Pinon will need focus on slowing down Carla Arreola, one of several Round Valley players who made an impact when they last played. She posted six points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelci Walker, who put up six points along with six boards and five steals.
Round Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Pinon, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-14.
