Citizens Christian Academy walked away with a 69-59 victory over Southwest Georgia Academy. That's another feather in the cap for Citizens Christian Academy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Several Warriors players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Noah Hayman, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Hayman is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Colt Williams was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
The victory got Citizens Christian Academy back to even at 10-10. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Citizens Christian Academy will take on Georgia Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Grace Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Grace Christian Academy and Southwest Georgia Academy are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
