Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fountain Inn). They never let the Legacy Early College Lions get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Fountain Inn considering their one-goal performance the game before.

Their offense was hitting Legacy Early College from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Lucas Ford led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Fountain Inn's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Legacy Early College, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fountain Inn will host Laurens at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Legacy Early College, they will welcome Legion Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Legion Collegiate Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Legacy Early College surely won't give up without a fight.
