Mackenzie Duncan turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Thursday. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 15 over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February of 2024.

Duncan and Horizon will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Foundation Academy at 6:30 p.m. on March 25th.
