Talan Olmstead continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 4-for-9 from deep and dropping a double-double on 29 points and 12 rebounds. Olmstead is crushing the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was A.W. Poke, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Independence Home School had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 points), and they went ahead and made it 13 on Tuesday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 79-39 win over Guadalupe Centers. Independence Home School's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Isaac Daniels had an outrageously good game as he scored 33 points. It was the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. Philip Cresswell was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Ozanam's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Independence Home School, they pushed their record up to 13-1 with that victory, which was their seventh straight on the road.
