Josie Armstrong was her usual excellent self, scoring 34 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland]'s points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sami McClain, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Heritage came up short against the Lions on Monday and fell 33-26.
Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland]'s victory bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Heritage, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost 16 of their last 17 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-24 record this season.
