On Friday, Lee's Summit North faced Blue Springs South in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Lee's Summit North Broncos walked away with  a   36-28  win over the Blue Springs South Jaguars.  Lee's Summit North's victory was  their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 6-0. As for Blue Springs South,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at four games  and leaves them with a 4-2 record.
 Lee's Summit North didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  35-13  win against Liberty North on the 11th. Blue Springs South has also  already played their next matchup,  a  41-24  victory against Liberty on the 11th.
