Throwing, Singer didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Meanwhile, Rosenberg pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. Singer has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. That's the most runs Rosenberg has posted since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lisa Nguyen, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. Brianna Ayala also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.
