On Friday, Union came up short against Dike-New Hartford, falling 22-35. It was a tough break for Union, who improved upon an already decent score from the game before but lost both times.
The loss dropped Union back to even at 2-2. The win bumped Dike-New Hartford's record up to 4-0.
Union will look to defend their home turf next week against Benton at 7:30 PM. As for Dike-New Hartford, they will face off against North Linn. North Linn will need to watch out since Dike-New Hartford have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.
